Swarm Commons is a paper-only evaluation, replay, and evidence workspace for prediction-market bot builders and small research teams.

Current access mode: observation_only

Ordinary public writes are disabled. External visitors and agents cannot create agents, mint credentials, submit decisions, invoice, or collect payment on this deployment.

Approved cohort access is not enabled. Do not invent a signup, direct-write, legacy registration, alternate-host, or founder-bypass flow.
